Born in Trenton, NJ, my wife, son and I moved to Cape Coral in 1994 to call this our warm weathered home. For the past 35 years of my life I have created multiple businesses, including a chain of Dollar Stores, a liquor business and a deli. From an idea and hard work I had successfully built each of them up to extremely profitable companies. Starting as a hobby and turned into a business, I have invested in homes that needed full rehab and remodel to do my part in keeping the community I live in beautiful. I came to a decision several years ago that I could provide my vast experience and knowledge of self personal growth and home construction to the buyers of Southwest Florida to help them make a smart decision on one of the biggest investments they will make in their lifetime.

CHRIS JARZYK

Born in Trenton, New Jersey and raised primarily in the Princeton area until 1996. I then moved to Wilkes-Barre PA at the age of 18 to attend Wilkes University. After spending 4 years at Wilkes University, and earning a degree in History in 2000, all of my focus and attention was geared towards working for our US Government. Having to wait one year in order to apply for a job with the US Government, left me with a year to ultimately make a final choice whether working for the Government was the route I wished to go in life. In that span of time I moved to Cape Coral FL after graduation to be close to my family who had moved here years prior. I fell in love with the area, and all aspects of it, and purchased my first home here. I began to work with my family who had built a small chain of retail stores in the area. I was always told I was good with people and after a few months working in the family business I began to realize that Government work may not be for me. After two years in the family business I decided I needed a change and the growing real estate market was that change. I settled into the real estate in 2005 and have been in the business helping people fulfill their dreams of owning a home in the beautiful paradise that we know as Cape Coral. With a beautiful wife and a wonderful home, Cape Coral is truly paradise for me.

Born in Philadelphia, I moved to Cape Coral in 1987 watching this city grow to the full fledged community it has become today. I attended Florida State University receiving my B.A. in Finance. I moved back to Cape Coral becoming a financial advisor providing estate planning for high net worth clientel for Morgan Stanley. After 3 years I took an opportunity to work for Nationwide Insurance to be part of the creation of the financial services department. I am liscensed with my Series 7, 31, 66, Health Insurance, Life Insurance & Variable Annuity. I decided to make a change in career when I received an opportunity to work with, long time friend and broker, Ken Bracher at Sellstate Professional Realty. I have been in real estate for the past 5 years and have assisted clients in achieving their dreams of purchasing a "Piece of Paradise". I have a loving wife and three beautiful daughters and plan to continue having Cape Coral as our home for many years to come.
